This place is great! I dropped my car off for service over the weekend and it was inspected by mid-day Monday. They called me and gave me a detailed rundown of everything they saw, along with recommendations on what to fix soon and what could wait. I appreciate their patience and willingness to work with me and make sure I understood what they were saying.
I recently purchased a vehicle for my son so he’d have something reliable to take with him to college. Since the previous owners had all of the maintenance done at Gary Wille’s in Oregon, I decided to bring it back there for its first service under my ownership.
I was incredibly impressed with the experience. The team took the time to identify the previous owner, transfer all of the vehicle’s maintenance history to me, and make sure every service record stayed together. That level of attention to detail was something I really appreciated.
What stood out even more was the comprehensive maintenance report they provided. They clearly outlined what needed attention now, what should be addressed in the near future, and what could safely wait. I appreciated their honesty. Not every repair shop takes the time to prioritize recommendations instead of making you feel like everything needs to be done immediately.
It’s refreshing to find a business that values transparency, expertise, and customer trust. I will absolutely continue having our vehicle serviced at Gary Wille’s in Oregon. Highly recommend!
