Truck was worked on in a timely manner. Drives great now. Brought in for a grinding sound in the front end. Grinding fixed for the most part except when starting up first time of the day. There is still rattling at startup then when trying to drive starts to grind again briefly. Grinding lasts about 10 seconds then stops and doesn’t happen for the rest of the day. I don’t think that is normal operations and shouldn’t be happening. Over all happy with the customer service. Brought back for the grinding noise again and Gary Willie’s took it in and found the problem really fast. Cost me a couple hundred to have the vacuum line fixed but am happy with the results. Highly recommend. I have my kids bringing their vehicles to Gary Willie’s when they have issues as well,
