  • To perform high quality repair service at a fair and just price.
  • To have a sense of personal obligation to each customer.
  • To recommend the services, repairs and maintenance to the car owners that are necessary to maintain the vehicle in safe working order.
  • To use only products which are safe and provide service that equals or exceeds that recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer.
  • To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.
  • To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
  • To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
  • To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

As someone who knows little to nothing about cars, I had often struggled to feel like I could fully trust an auto service center, until I found Gary Wille's. Tyler, Hunter and the team are hands-down the most genuine and professional auto experts that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Tyler even took the time to show me how I can check and keep my engine oil full. Gary Wille's is the real deal. They provide that trustworthy, detailed, caring expertise that everyone looks for. After a service, they send a detailed report and include pictures and explanations of their recommendations and your options. They have never tried to sell me on something I don't need and explain my options in clear, understandable language. I'll be a customer as long as I live in the area.

This was my first experience, and I was blown away! Service was scheduled for 10-12 a.m., and when they realized it would be longer than than that, provided me with a loaner. They also compensated me for the delay. I received a detailed report of what was checked out. The young men I dealt with were extremely friendly and kind. I knew if Tom Stoehr could trust them with his business, so could I. I now have my new mechanic and I couldn't be happier! One more thing that's long overdue (because I can't figure out how to do a new review) . . . one day last summer, I showed up unannounced with my Can Am Spyder, as I needed the tire pressure reduced. They took care of it immediately and got me on my way. Can't beat the service, professionalism, and personal treatment that this business provides! Thank you! 3/22: Another great experience. Highly recommend!

5 stars 12-29-21 update to last years review. Extraordinary service 1 1/2 hour before closing. Spark plug wire cut (twice in less than a month) which caused other damage as a result. They took care of me right away. They still had one of the old uncut spark plug wires from my last visit. That and the other damage was fixed quickly and FREE of charge. Still driving from Madison for their excellent service. Wondering why there is no leave a review option this time.
